THE VALIDITY: Your Card will be valid for 24, 48 or 72 hours from the moment it is activated. You can activate it any time within 1 year from the date of purchase.
HOW IT WORKS
Certain services that had been disrupted for the pandemic are resuming again. Check the Please Note section for more information.
Voucher Information: Sorry, but we will need you to print a paper version of your booking voucher (we're working on changing this). At this time, no refund can be given for customers without a printed copy of their voucher.
You can visit each attraction only once.
The Helsinki Card does not include free travel to/from the airport, however, you can get a discounted ticket for a Finnair City Bus.
The guidebook is available this year only as an online version (no printed version)
The hop-on, hop-off bus tours postponed till further notice.
Meeting point: Due to the pandemic the Stockmann department store opening hours are changing a lot. It might be good to advice the customers to check the opening hours in advance.
Please note that SeaLife Helsinki will no longer be included to the card.
Ateneum Art Museum will be closed 28 March to 31 Dec 2022.
Kiasma will reopen in spring 2022.
