Tour returns to your original point of departure
Your exciting Gran Canaria Adventure Tour starts with a morning pick-up from one of the conveniently located points on Gran Canaria. In the company of your guide, take off in an open-top jeep to visit the famous Maspalomas Dunes.
On reaching the dunes you will enjoy a stop of 30 minutes to see the dunes in Maspalomas.
The route of the rest of the tour may vary from time to time but the description given below gives you an idea of what to expect.
You will stop at a typical Gran Canarian village of Cercado Espino before continuing north to the picturesque highland area of Soria, where there is a dam and beautiful lake. Here you will see magnificent views of the Pico de las Nieves (Peak of Snows). You will get more spectacular views and scenery at Presa de las Niñas, which is another well-known area for dams and reservoirs.
Continuing even further north you will come across impressive landscapes at Ayacata – the centre of Gran Canaria. Your tour will then head south towards San Bartolomé de Tirajana. San Bartolomé de Tirajana is an attractive town and sits at the base of an old volcanic crater. You will have a chance to appreciate its beauty and charm while you enjoy a delicious lunch.
Lunch will include:
Main Course: Chicken, rice and potatoes with ‘Mojo Canario’ (typical Canarian sauce)
Children will be served chicken with French fries
Dessert: an assortment of fruits
Drinks: water soft drinks and house wine
After the lunch break you will start off on the next leg of the tour.
Continuing south, you will come across the small ‘pueblo’ (village) of Fataga lying in the picturesque ‘Valley of the Thousand Palms’ with its tall cliffs, palms and fruit trees. You will enjoy a 30 minute camel ride in Fataga in "Zoo Camel Park Arteara".
After your Gran Canaria adventures you will be dropped back at your original departure point at around 1700h (5:00pm).

The tour is amazing. I enjoyed every single minute of it.
Definitely worth spending a whole day in a jeep and enjoying places you wouldn't visit on your own.
The camel riding was a lot of fun.
All the people you will be around the whole day are a lot of fun.
I don't understand people saying the drivers were boring, I mean if you don't talk to someone why should they speak to you.
It's true that all of them can't really speak English just one of them who can speak multiple languages but if you speak English to the other ones they will always answer you somehow so It's not that they try.
So just go ahead and ask questions or just talk with them, they are more than happy to talk.
It was fun and interesting. The tour was awesome and we enjoyed the camel ride. Our guide Michael really did a good job.
Tokyo highs, see the Autumn colours!
Give thanks & keep on trekkin'!
