Burj Khalifa: To collect their tickets and enter the experience, customers must visit the main counter of At The Top (LG Level, Dubai Mall). They can then proceed to the attraction where they have to present their printed ticket along with a booking confirmation.
Sky Views: Sky Views can be accessed through The Address Sky View hotel. Access via Tower 1 entry point next to the resident entrance. Adjacent to the Dubai Metro and the public walkway system and situated at the junction near Sheikh Zayed Road and The Dubai Mall, Sky Views is a conveniently accessible landmark.

This is a premium Burj Khalifa ticket that allows you access to both the observation decks located at the 124th, 125th floor, and 148th floor of the Burj Khalifa, the world’s tallest building. We have 2 types of entrance tickets - Peak time tickets and Off-Peak time tickets. You can choose to visit in off-peak hours, when a thick layer of fog engulfs the city and it seems like you are walking on clouds, or during peak hours to capture the beautiful sunset and see the city at its floodlit best.

Once you enter the building, head to a special elevator that will directly take you to the At the Top, Burj Khalifa SKY lounge on the 148th floor. Spend as much time as you want and enjoy breathtaking views of the city from the world’s highest outdoor observation deck, situated at a height of 555 metres. From the top, the Dubai skyline looks sublime and is a sight to behold.

Bask in the luxury and witness specially designed interactive projections that give you the feeling of flying over global landmarks. At the observation desk, you can use telescopes to enjoy unobstructed views of the city from the floor-to-ceiling window glass walls.

Moving forward, descend to the 125th floor of the tower for a spectacular view of Dubai’s skyline. At 456 meters above the ground, it is the third-highest observation deck and the second-highest outdoor observation deck in the world.

The 125th level also houses one of the newest attractions, Dubai – A Falcon’s Eye View that allows you to explore the city from a unique perspective.

Customers will hold a voucher that has to include a QR code and supplier reference number included, they will then present it as an e-voucher and collect the printed ticket.

Sky Views:

Customers and staff MUST wear masks at all times. Weight requirements for this experience is: 50 to 100 kg. Height requirements for this experience is: Between 130 210 cm.

When you make a booking you will be asked to choose a window (peak hours or off-peak hours) for your visit. Tickets are valid for entry at a fixed time and within this window the first available time slot will be allocated. This time slot will be printed on your ticket and you will only be able to enter at this time.
