Skydeck Chicago will not issue any refunds for low visibility and/or circumstances outside their control.

Once voucher has been exchanged for ticket; the ticket will be valid for 12 months from exchange date and is non-refundable and non-transferable.

Children 2 years and under are free.

Voucher Information: You must print and surrender a paper version of your booking voucher for this activity (showing your voucher on a smartphone is not accepted). No refund can be given for customers without a printed copy of their voucher.
