Overview


Enter one of the most outstanding wineries in Jerez, Bodegas Tradición, founded in 1998 with the hope of giving continuity to one of the oldest wineries in Jerez.

The tour begins with an explanation of the production of these qualified and certified aged sherries. As you walk through the bodega, you will learn about the traditional procedures that are applied in the production of old and noble sherry wines and Brandy del Marco de Jerez. In Bodegas Tradición the wines are not altered with sweeteners, nor with coloured wine, they are not clarified, filtered or stabilized in the cold and haven´t had sulphites added to them in the aging process.

Next, visit a private collection of Spanish art dating between the 15th and 19th Century featuring more than 300 works from outstanding painters such as Joaquín Rivero, Zurbarán, Velázquez or Goya.

Finally, you can take part in a tasting of two VORS sherries (Oloroso and Amontillado), two VOS sherries (Pedro Ximénez and Cream) and Brandy (Solera Gran Reserva Gold).
