Overview

Up, up and away in my beautiful balloon! You'll sing as you soar high in the sky above the stunning Catalan landscape. Feel the wind in your hair and the silence as you float 1000ft over farmland, mountains and towns. You and nature in perfect harmony. An experience to savour, a memory to cherish up there in your balloon. This is an unforgettable experience as you enjoy a birds-eye view of the green hills, streams and vast fields. An activity for all to appreciate as the wind takes you on its course. This is worth waking up for, especially as this is a private tour. And with breakfast included, there’s plenty of room for exploring once your feet are firmly back on the ground.

About your guide: 

Globubolg love hot air balloons and more to the point love flying them! They want you to love it too. With over 10 years’ experience and their continued commitment to providing memorable experiences, all they ask of you is; have a go! 

Here’s the plan…  

Wakey, wakey, rise and shine! It's an early start for this tour. Your host will pick you up at the hotel before you are transported to the take-off area. Where you’ll get prepared for your very own private flight. From there the wind will decide your journey, so just relax and enjoy.

Whichever direction you go the views will be spectacular, from mountains to green hills and streams. As well as the city of Barcelona. There will be plenty of contrast to keep you occupied. Think you’ll be needing your camera for this one! 

After touching back down to earth. Your flight will last over an hour so no doubting you'll be ready for breakfast. You’ll be invited to have a Catalan style breakfast in a traditional country house. The dishes will be Catalan specialities and is the perfect ending to an exciting morning.

The confirmation voucher includes the local activity operator’s contact details. They’re a nice bunch, and will happily answer any logistical questions you may have. Please give them a call at least 24 hours before your organised tour to reconfirm.

This activity is adults (and older children) only. Little ones under the age of 4 years will have to sit this one out, we’re afraid. 

English is available on this tour, other languages are available on request. 

The flight will not take place under bad weather conditions. In this case, a new date will be suggested or the reservation money will be refunded. 

The flight is not recommended during pregnancy. 

This is a private flight, you will fly only with the pilot/crew members.
