Overview

On this comprehensive tour of Agra, you cover the world famous Taj Mahal followed by a visit to the majestic Red Fort and Fatehpur Sikri with an expert local guide. No trip to India is complete without a visit to the glorious monument built as a token of love and is also famous for being a world wonder – the incomparable Taj Mahal. Get an early start to the day where you shall be picked-up from your respective hotel and treat your eyes to the white marble wonder.


Later visit the Agra Fort – the seat and the stronghold of the Mughal Empire under successive generations. This was the seat of Mughal rule and administration and the present structure owes its origins to Akbar who erected the walls and gates and the first buildings on the eastern banks of Yamuna River. Visit its Hall of Public Audience and its Royal Pavilions.


Continue to drive to Fatehpur Sikri which was the capital city of Akbar but was abandoned later due to scarcity of water.  This complex in red sandstone is considered to be more beautiful than the Taj Mahal by many visitors Post tour of Fatehpur Sikri, you shall be driven back to Agra and transfer to your hotel of stay.
