Hop on and off staff were overall helpful and friendly except for one male driver who should not have been at work as he was obviously unwell with a cough and runny nose. He put the health and safety of all passengers at risk. Not impressed.
We had a lady guide who was fabulous along with her driver. We had a great twilight tour round Stanley Park. Both guide and driver were awesome. On our 2nd day we had a wonderful driver who, after being restricted by roadworks, parked the bus and came to find us. Thankyou so much. -
