Please note

The confirmation voucher includes the local activity operator’s contact details. They’re a nice bunch and will happily answer any logistical questions you may have. Please give them a call at least 24 hours before your organized activity to reconfirm.

Sorry, but we will need you to print a paper version of your booking voucher. We're working on changing this; but, at this time, no refund can be given for customers without a printed copy of their voucher.

So there is no last minute rush, please arrive 15 minutes early.

We offer free pick-up and drop-off at most hotels in Vancouver, North Vancouver, Richmond, and Burnaby. If you can’t find your hotel on the list, please contact us. We will gladly help you plan your visit.

There will be a considerable amount of walking.

Please wear clothing appropriate for the weather. You can bring an umbrella or rain jacket in case of inclement weather, too.

For 2022, we will no longer offer hotel pick ups in North Vancouver and Richmond. We will still pick up at all hotels in downtown Vancouver and limited hotels in Burnaby.
