Zip right up to the top of the Coast Mountains with your Sea to Sky Gondola tickets. If you’re not much of a hiker, then the Sea to Sky Gondola is the best way to get around without breaking a sweat. Lifting you up to the apex in less than ten minutes, the Sea to Sky Gondola will place you 885 meters above sea level. The view from that height is like something out of a classic, Canadian wilderness film. See the blue waters of the Howe Sound fjords, the lofty Shannon Falls, the imposing Stawamus Chief, and much more! It’s definitely one of the best things to do in Vancouver if you consider yourself a nature-lover!
Once you’re at the top of the mountain, there are plenty of things to do. Take a walk on the suspension bridge, which offers a 360° view of the mountains and ravines. The gondola cabins as well as the Summit Lodge and viewing deck (weather permitting) are wheelchair accessible.
Opening hours indicate the first ride up and the last ride down.
One ride is 10 minutes. Each gondola holds 8 passengers. The gondolas operate under all weather conditions.
The gondola, lodges, trails, suspension bridge, and viewing decks will all be open year-round. However, the hours of operation are subject to change, so please check the website before you plan your visit.
