Make your Toronto vacation a memorable one with the Sandbanks Camping tour: A Toronto Trip!
With your Sandbanks Camping Tour: A Toronto Trip tickets, you can escape the chaos of the city and relax at one of the most peaceful Toronto attractions. Pitch a tent and set up camp in Sandbanks Provincial Park. Enjoy a leisurely, guided hike through the park. And, swim in West Lake after sunbathing on the beautiful Dunes Beach. If you’d like to get some fresh air and reconnect with nature, then taking this camping tour is what to do in Toronto!
Meet your friendly local guide at Loblaws Supermarket before embarking on a scenic drive to Sandbanks Provincial Park. Along the way, you’ll stop at The Big Apple in Colborne for a chance to purchase unique local snacks, one-of-a-kind souvenirs, and some hilariously kitschy photographs. Then, after you’ve set up camp and relaxed at Dunes Beach, you can roast some marshmallows and munch on some s’mores. The next day, you’ll have the option of kayaking or participating in a delicious wine tasting. It’s one of the best things to do in Toronto if you want to get away from it all.

The confirmation voucher includes the local activity operator’s contact details. They’re a nice bunch and will happily answer any logistical questions you may have. Please give them a call at least 24 hours before your organized activity to reconfirm.
No need to print! You can show your voucher on your smartphone or other devices. (But if you’d rather print a copy – that’s fine too!)
So there is no last minute rush, please arrive 15 minutes early.
Campsite may not have showers.
Please be sure to mention any allergies/conditions or dietary requirements you may have on the pre-checkout forms.
Unless a camper has requested a specific tent partner or purchased a $25 Solo Tent Add-On, they will be required to share one 4-person tent with another guest.
Lake Fever is Leave No Trace-certified, and we are committed to run our camping tours with little to no impact on the environment by minimizing our “footprints.” To us, this means carpooling to lower gas emissions, properly disposing of all waste, minimizing campfire impacts, respecting wilderness, and leaving no trace of our presence both at campsites and in nature so that others may enjoy it.
Tents accommodate 2 people. If you book for an odd number of people, 1 member of your party may be required to share a tent. If you are uncomfortable with this, you can opt for the single tent upgrade. Men and Women will never be forced to share tents against their will.
We are sorry that, at this stage, we are unable to accommodate wheelchairs on the trip.
The tour returns at 8:30pm on day 2.
