After lunch if there's time, spend some time exploring the charming little shops of this beautiful small town or relax by the lake. Upon arrival at the campsite, there will be a brief demo on how to setup your tent. Spend time enjoying the sun and the refreshing water. Enjoy a game of bocce ball while a savory dinner i prepared by your guide. End the evening huddled around the campfire and learn how to prepare world famous S'mores!

  • DAY 2

The day starts with a hearty breakfast. Embark on an amazing hike up Booth's Rock Trail, the best of Algonquin's 18 interpretive walking trails. Be bowled over by some truly stunning views! On the way down, we'll walk along an old discarded railway line, now shrouded in trees. Return to camp for a gourmet sandwich spread (vegan options available, gluten-free upon request) prepared by your guide, and spend time on your own. Late afternoon, paddle the sparkling waters of Canoe Lake captured in the famous paintings of Tom Thomson. Soak in the tranquility as you sit back in your canoe and hear the chirping of birds and the splash of your paddle hitting the water. Dinner will be at the Six Mile Lake Provincial Park.

  • DAY 3

Depart from Six Mile Lake Provincial Park and make a lunch stop at Owen Sound. Once a sailor's town of vices & hedonism, it's now just a quaint, tree-lined seaport town. Arrive at the camp late afternoon and set off for a hike to the Bruce Peninsula Grotto, a small sea cave along the Georgian Bay with turquoise waters. The evening rounds off with dinner and some more campfire hijinx.

  • DAY 4

Prepare for the highlight of your trip: a glass bottom cruise. Make the short drive to Tobermory, at the peak of the peninsula. The Fathom Five national Marine Park 22 sunken shipwrecks, many shallow enough to view from aboard. This is where you'll be enjoying a cruise. You will be docking at the shores of Flowerpot Island, where massive flowerpot-shaped stone towers line the shore. Spend the day on the trails, hiking out to a historic lighthouse. After a few hours, you'll be taking the boat back to Tobermory to Lake Fever's tour van. Just before 5pm, you'll be making a stop at Inglis Falls, ranked #1 thing to do in Owen Sound.
