Hop on hop off : You must exchange your ticket for a physical ticket at the Dongdaemun Design Plaza (Dongdaemun history culutre park- DDP) Ticket Booth before you can board the bus. Please note that you cannot use the electronic ticket to board the bus directly.
Children aged 4 and under don't require tickets but will not be entitled to a seat. A valid passport must be presented.
The timetable may change during holidays or peak seasons. Please refer to each station's timetable for detailed operating times.
There is no designated seat system, the bus operated on a first come first served basis.(During holidays and peak seasons, it is recommended to arrive earlier than the departure time), If you hop off at the middle station then you can board a bus as a standing passenger
Standing is not allowed on the 2nd floor of the open-top double-decker bus.
The operating route includes Gwanghwamun, City Hall and Seoul Station. If vehicles are unable to pass due to various demonstrations, rallies, national events, traffic chaos, weather, etc., route changes and suspensions may occur without notice. time delay.
In the event of heavy rain, snow, or typhoon, services will be temporarily suspended.
No food or drink is allowed on the bus (except water, drinks, and coffee).
This ticket is for daytime use and cannot be used after 17:00.Cruise :
Please go to the E-land Ticket Office and fill out the boarding report first and redeem a physical ticket after verifying your Id Card (Please note that a mobile ticket is not allowed due to checking your identification).
Boarding passes are issued 5 minutes before departure.
Please arrive at the ticket booth at least 15 minutes before departure.
If you do not exchange your boarding pass, you will not be able to board the ship.

Please note that you will not be able to board if you do not present your ID card.
Cruise operation dates may vary / be canceled depending on the cruise or weather conditions. Incase of cancellation customers will be notified via text or phone call and will be eligible for a 100% refund or rescheduling.
Electric wheelchairs, electric strollers are not allowed (folding ones can be folded and boarded)
