Overview

Enjoy a drive through one of the most wonderful routes in Oman with breathtaking views in the mountains on your day excursion to Wadi Ayun. Reach the foot of Jabal Qara: enjoy the view of a beautiful forested valley and one of the most beautiful springs.

Drive up to Nabi Ayyub which is a mosque and tomb with stellar views over the Salalah plain. Continue through the mountain after passing by few villages. In this area, you will see the Frankincense Trees growing and finally arrive at the magnificent deep blue-green pool of Wadi Ayun.

Thereafter, drive south to have a spectacular view of the thick woodlands and Salalah plain on the last leg of your tour before heading back to your hotel in comfortable air conditioned vehicle.
