Ever wondered what it's like to sip wine in the heart of the Douro Valley? Experience the beauty of one of Portugal’s most stunning wine regions, visit the historical Amarante, enjoy a Douro River cruise, enjoy wine tasting at a famous winery and more. Savor the region's famous wines at the Quinta de São Luiz Kopke - the oldest Port wine house in the world, which has been making wine since 1638.

Our day starts from Porto, heading towards Pinhão, where we’ll board a traditional Rabelo boat for a relaxing cruise on the gentle Douro River. As we drift along, you’ll be surrounded by colorful vineyards, kissed by the sun and an absolute visual treat.

Continue along the stunning EN 222, one of the most beautiful roads in Portugal, leading to Quinta de São Luiz Kopke—the oldest Port wine house in the world, making incredible wine since 1638. We’ll stop here for a wine tasting at the São Luiz winery, where you’ll get to savor some of the world’s most prestigious Port wines.

Lunch is a treat, served right in the heart of the Douro Valley, featuring delicious regional dishes and local wines. These traditional flavors capture the essence of the region.

We wrap up our day in a charming town by the River Tâmega, known for its 17th-century houses and the impressive São Gonçalo Church. This spot, with its bridge and lush greenery, is like stepping into a postcard, offering a peaceful and picturesque end to this tour.
