In Tucson your guide will escort your around the historic district as well as leaving you time to explore independently.
You will also visit the Sonoran Desert Museum, this outdoor homage to Arizona wildlife is part zoo, part botanical garden.
You will be picked up by air-conditioned coach (vans will be used for smaller groups) from you hotel in Phoenix/Scottsdale for this Best of Tucson tour. You will be accompanied by a guide who knows Tucson inside and out.
Travel to Tucson, often referred to as The Old Pueblo. One of Arizona’s oldest cities, Tucson boasts rich Spanish heritage and charming Southwest architecture.
Visit San Xavier Mission with its beautiful art and unique history. Then tour downtown Tucson’s art and historic district with a stop at Old Town Artisans for shopping and lunch on your own.
Next stop is Sabino Canyon to experience Sonoran Desert vistas by way of a scenic tram ride. There are stops for photographs of this marvelous desert scenery and the Santa Catalina Mountains
You will be dropped back at your Phoenix/Scottsdale hotel at the end of the tour.
