Heavenly French desserts. An organic, gluten-free cooking class with Chef Dominique

Who said you can’t enjoy desserts if they have to be organic or gluten free? Certainly not us! Take your dessert making to new levels with a three hour class under the watchful eye of Chef Dominique. Prepare, them, taste them, and take them away. It’s one scrumptious tour. You’ll enter his kitchen, and over the next three hours, you’ll help prepare heavenly tasting French desserts. Three in total. If you want to request non-diary or nut free recipes, then you’ll also be catered for. It’s hands-on, so you’ll follow through all the processes and once complete be able to enjoy them with a cup of tea or coffee. You can take them away if you want to save them for later! But why would you when they will be just too good? The recipes will also be sent to you so your family and friends can enjoy them too.

About your guide

For Meeting the French, touring the Eiffel tower is 'old school'. They don't herd you onto a bus and have you driven to the famous sights. Oh no, they focus on intimate and original experiences which celebrate the French lifestyle and culture, helping you to see the real Paris. The city they call home.

Here’s the plan…

You’ll enter the kitchen Chef Dominique’s and for the next three hours make three different desserts. Gluten-free, organic and if asked for dairy or nut free. He’ll cater for all, as long as you let him know.

Chef Dominique will then guide you through, helping you to make heavenly French desserts. Examples of what you might just make include Poached pear with wine and spices, Almond Tuiles (a thin biscuit) or Chocolate moelleux with melting heart. Tempted yet? The list goes on! Once you’ve prepared all three desserts, it’s time for a cup of tea or coffee, a chat with your new friends and the chance to taste your creations.
