The meeting point is not at the Eiffel Tower, please read the below carefully to help you find the meeting point.
Meeting Point: In front of the main entrance to the Architecture Museum at the Palais de Chaillot. The building is at the junction of the Place du Trocadero and the Avenue du President Wilson, the entrance faces the road side.
Arriving by Metro: Take lines 9 and 6 and get off at the metro stop Trocadero. Follow the exit signs to the Eiffel Tower, Exit 1 (the signs are brown). As you exit the metro, you will see the Palais de Chaillot directly in front of you on the left. Your guide will be waiting on the steps holding a sign.
Arriving by Taxi: Ask your driver to take you to the Trocadero and then ask to be dropped in front of the Palais de Chaillot.
Arriving by Foot: The Palais de Chaillot is one of the two identical large buildings on the Place du Trocadero. If you are facing the Eiffel Tower it is the building on the left.

The boat cruise lasts one hour and you are free to do this whenever you like. If you wish to accompany the guide to the boat dock you can do so after the tour has finished on the Eiffel Tower. Otherwise the boarding point will be clearly pointed out to you by your guide as you walk past on the tour. Show your tickets at the window and you will benefit from skip the line access, you do not need to line up at the ticket window. They may be a short line to board the boat as you wait for it to dock. Cruise tickets are valid for a year.
This service ends at the second floor of the Eiffel Tower. Once on the second floor you are free to purchase a ticket which allows you to ascend to the summit in your own time. Please note there is a line for the elevator to the summit.
It is the responsibility of all visitors to be at the meeting point 15 minutes before departure. Guests arriving after departure cannot be accommodated and missed tours or tickets cannot be refunded.
France’s tourist sites are among the most popular in the world. Skip the Line Access and careful planning limit our crowd exposure, but please be aware that some locations may be unavoidably busy during standard hours.
Please note that in fine weather the boat will be uncovered. In case of rain, there will be covered sections. We recommend bringing a light sweater for the evenings.

The meeting point is not at the Eiffel Tower, please read the meeting point information carefully and allow plenty of time to find the guide who will be wearing a City Wonders jacket/t-shirt. If you have difficulty finding the meeting point please call the local partners number on your voucher for guidance. As this tour is always sold out we are unable to offer refunds to guests unable to find the meeting point.

From 01 March 2016 onward, this tour will not include the Eiffel Tower Summit access. However, you will still be able to enjoy Skip the line access to the 2nd floor Observation Deck.
