Parks open daily at 10am and close between 6pm and 11pm (Disneyland® Park only) depending on the season. On arrival at Disneyland® Paris you will be able to pick up a schedule of exact opening hours during your stay.
Disneyland® Paris is situated 19 miles east of Paris. The RER A goes from central Paris right to the gates of Disneyland® Paris in around 35 minutes and shuttle buses are available from Charles de Gaulle and Orly airports. By car you should take the A4 motorway in the direction of Metz/Nancy to exit 14.
Before you can enter the park you must exchange your e voucher for a ticket. This can be done at any ticket booth at the park entrances, or, when operational, the self-service kiosks

The Disneyland® Paris – 2 Day 2 Park Hopper Ticket is superb value, allowing two consecutive days’ admission to Disneyland® Park and Walt Disney Studios® Park. On each day you have the freedom to hop between both Disney® Parks as often as you like.

Immediately on booking you will be emailed a receipt for your Disneyland® Paris Tickets. Your e-voucher will be sent by email within 72 hours of booking. An e-voucher must be exchanged for a ticket at the ticket booths of either park (Disneyland® Park or Walt Disney Studios® Park) or, when operational, the self-service kiosks. Please note that only an e-voucher will be accepted for exchange and that a booking receipt is not an e-voucher.
The e-voucher may used on any 2 calendar days within a period of 8 days from the day of its first use.
Photo ID is required for all guests with an E-Ticket and may be requested at the park entrances
Only original e-vouchers will be accepted. E-vouchers with deletions or alterations will not be accepted.
Entry tickets and vouchers do not guarantee entry in periods of high attendance for safety reasons
Child prices are valid for children aged between 3-11 years
FASTPASS® is a unique Disney service that allows you to book a time slot for a ride. You can have 1 active FASTPASS® reservation at any one time. For other rides you will be required to join the queue.
Disneyland® Paris are constantly adding extra magic and shine and sometimes it becomes necessary to close attractions for maintenance. Please click here for a list of scheduled closures for 2017.
