Immediately on booking, you will be emailed a receipt for your Disneyland® Paris Tickets. Your e-ticket will be sent by email following the booking.

Voucher Information: You can show your voucher on your smartphone or other devices. (But if you’d rather print a copy – that’s fine too!)

Children below the age of 12 years need to be accompanied by an adult. Always keep a photo ID handy just to be safe.

Depending on the health measures and recommendations from public authorities, certain experiences, shows, or events will not be offered or may be modified upon reopening.

Covid 19 information:

According to the French government guidance, face masks are no longer required but remain recommended at Disneyland Paris for experiences such as our parade and nighttime spectacular “Disney Illuminations”. The Vaccine Pass and Health Pass will no longer be used, except for in health establishments. As a result, Disneyland Paris will stop requiring for these passes as of this date. The health and well-being remains a top priority.

Since the beginning of the health crisis, Disneyland Paris has put in place a combination of measures to help reduce risk in the carefully managed environment of the resort, based on the guidance of health authorities and an experienced health and safety team. Disneyland Paris continue to adapt operations as needed based on the unique conditions of the resort.
