Niagara City Cruises operates from May to October. From November to April, the tour includes Journey Behind the Falls. When the Boat Cruise is not in operation (during the winter months), it will be substituted with the Skylon Tower

Infants and toddlers must have their own seats and use approved car or booster seats

Tours operate in all weather—please dress accordingly and wear comfortable shoes. Bring essentials like a camera, water bottle, snacks, sunglasses, and sunscreen.

Ponchos are provided, but waterproof shoes and pouches for electronics are recommended due to heavy mist near Horseshoe Falls.
