Please note

Voucher Information: No need to print! If you are travelling with a smartphone or a tablet, you can present the voucher on your device for this activity.

Redeem your smartphone ticket for a Lisboa Card at the Ask Me Lisboa Airport office in Terminal 1 Plaza (next to Aerobus), Ask Me Lisboa Palácio Foz (on Restauradores Square), or at Ask Me Lisboa Office in Terreiro Do Paço. Simply look out for the large pink Ask Me Lisboa sign on Terreiro Do Paço (on your left when looking at the Rua Augusta Arch) to find the Terreiro Do Paço office.

Please note that the office is closed on December 25th and January 1st.

You cannot use your smartphone ticket in place of the Lisbon Card. You must redeem it for the actual card at an Ask Me Lisboa office.

The card is valid for one year after redemption.
