Magic comes in many forms, and after watching and listening to a Fado show, you’ll be sure that the singing and the music are nothing short of magic. This is Fado in Chiado. A show where you’ll listen to a talented singer and two musicians work their musical magic with Portuguese and classical guitars.
Fado itself - the poignant musical style - is Portuguese, and the art that's now considered part of the Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity by UNESCO was born in Lisbon. So there's nowhere in the world better to enjoy it!
They often refer music to being the food of love, and if that’s the case, then fado may just be the answer. The live Fado in Chiado is a great way to get to the heart and soul of Portuguese culture, and you don't even need to leave your chair. You’ll also get an accurate picture of the heart and soul of this country's culture. Lap it all up and enjoy.
At Fado in Chiado, you can watch talented live singers and guitar players on stage, accompanied by multimedia moving images of Lisbon.
