Please call our local operator's number on your voucher atleast 24 hours prior to confirm your pick-up time and hotel's location. If we are not able to pick up from your hotel, an alternate pick-up location will be arranged upon reconfirmation.

Please be ready in your hotel lobby 5 minutes prior to the agreed pick-up time. The guide will come in and call you by name.

When confirming your reservation, please provide the same name of lead traveler as provided in your hotel reservation.

If you are being picked up in Puerto Iguazu to cross to Brazil, you will need to pay a fee for an Eco touristic tax in Puerto Iguazu. Please make sure to keep your receipt in order to avoid being charged twice.

It is necessary to bring along your valid passport and pay close attention to visa restrictions. Travelers are responsible for obtaining the required visa related documents before the tour.
Minimum 3 travelers are required to operate the helicopter tour. If the required number is not reached, the helicopter tour will be cancelled and you will be offered a partial refund for helicopter tour part. Helicopter tour may be rescheduled or canceled due to adverse weather conditions.
