You have to reach Langelinie Kaj 50, 2100 Copenhagen, Denmark (when you reach Langelinie, you will see a line of shops, we are the last shop on the ground level right after the stairs).
Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your tour departure time for check-in and training.

Age: Suggested minimum age is 14, but when physical conditions are met we are flexible and there should not be a problem.
Not suitable if you are pregnant or have any mobility issues: you have to be able to stand for the duration of your tour, and step up/down from the Segway with ease.
Please reach the boarding point 15 minutes prior to your departure.
Timings can vary slightly depending on the number of guests.
The Segway tour will take place in all kinds of weather (except if it poses a hazard), so make sure to dress accordingly and wear comfortable shoes (high heels are not permitted).
