Feel your body unwind and muscles relax as you indulge in one of the marvellous massage treatments. Try an all over body massage using special oils to start off the process. Then opt for a soothing head and back massage. If you prefer you can try a typical Japanese Shiatsu massage using pressure points to harmonise the body or an invigorating Thai massage using gentle pressure and stretching to free muscle tension and improve the circulation. If you prefer, you can have just a partial massage that concentrates on the lower body and even children and pregnant women can have a special treatment designed just for them.
