    Summer timings: Boats depart between 9:30am and 7pm every 30 minutes
    Winter timings: Boats depart between 9:30am and 8pm every 30 minutes

    Please pick up your pre-ordered tickets and choose a time slot for your visit from the Lindbergh Office, located at Damrak 26, before proceeding to the attraction.

    Voucher Information: You must print and surrender a paper version of your booking voucher for this activity (showing your voucher on a smartphone is not accepted). No refund can be given for customers without a printed copy of their voucher.

    Your health and safety is our top priority. Our local operators ensure all hygiene measures in compliance with official COVID-19 safety guidelines issued by the local government such as sanitization of vehicles, safety distancing and temperature screening of staff as well as guests before the start of the tour. Unfortunately, if anyone is found medically unfit, the tour operator would have to deny admission. For your protection, make sure to carry your own mask and gloves.

    Customers aged 13 and over, must be in possession of a (digital or printed copy) COVID Certificate. This certificate shows that you have been vaccinated, received a negative test result or recently recovered from COVID-19.

    Wearing masks is mandatory.
