What’s better than cheese? Dipping cheese into cheese dip! That’s right! At Henri Willig’s Proefzolder (Tasting Attic), you are actually encouraged to take a piece of cheese and subsequently dip it into their signature Mustard Cheese Dip. No shame, no regrets. It’s a cultural experience!
Before you taste these decadent yet delectable delicacies, you are treated to a free movie about traditional Dutch crafts. Expert staff members explain the extensive cheese-making process in your own language before introducing you to your hostess clad in traditional garb. Then, it’s time for you to taste for yourself!
Choose a pairing of either local beer or wine to go with your four different varieties of cheese. Soda is also available. So, what are you waiting for? You should get while the gettin’ is Gouda!
