Overview

Enjoy a fabulous day during your Algarve tour and swim with dolphins at the Zoomarine Park. Accompanied by a team of specialists, get up and close with bottlenose dolphins who reside in the park.

With the help of a professional, get into the water and gently stroke the back of these friendly creatures, learning about their aquatic behaviour. You will literally feel the dolphins breathing.

Gain their trust and obtain skills necessary to create your own dolphin spectacle. At the end of your 90-minute interaction tour, you may conduct your own dolphin show to your loved ones.

Itinerary

You will be picked up from your preferred meeting point and taken to the Zoomarine Park in The Algarve where you will begin your dolphin adventure.

To begin your Dolphin Interaction tour, a dolphin specialist will give you an educational talk about bottlenose dolphins, telling you interesting facts and discussing the biology and ecology.

Next, slip on your wet suit and under the supervision of a trainer, meet and play with these friendly creatures, while observing their aquatic behaviour.

You will spend about 30 minutes in the water, after which a trainer will also teach you to be a dolphin trainer and the master of ceremony during a dolphin show. Learn how to control the dolphins and make them perform tricks in front of an audience.

Your dolphins interaction tour will last for 90 minutes.

Children between 6 and 12 years must provide passport. Participants must be able to swim at least 5 metres.

Unfortunately, this tour is not suitable for those with mobility problems, epileptics and pregnant women.

Spectators are allowed to watch the interaction with dolphins provided that they are family or friends of one of the participants.
