You can book your civil ceremony for any beach in Miami. Many people choose the beach of the hotel where they are staying.

On your special day, your licensed officiant will meet you at the place of your choice with the bridal bouquet of roses and a bottle of chilled champagne. After exchanging your vows, you can toast your ‘significant other’ under the tropical palms.

To keep your wedding within your budget, yet tailored to your personal requirements, you may add a range of services to the basic package at extra charge. These might include photography, limousine transportation, hair- and make-up styling or assistance with obtaining the marriage license.

Miami is the ideal destination for a delightful beach wedding. Your ceremony can be booked daily year round for any beach of your choice or the beach closest to your hotel.

This popular wedding package includes a civil beach wedding ceremony with a licensed officiant, a bridal bouquet and a bottle of champagne. Miami Beach weddings are legally recognized in most countries.

Additional services such as photography, limousine transportation, hair- and make-up styling or assistance obtaining the marriage license are available upon request at additional charge.

Prior to your Florida beach wedding, you must purchase a Miami Beach marriage license from the office located at 1130 Washington Avenue, Miami Beach, (approx $93.50), open Mondays to weekdays from 09:00am - 04:00pm.

You must take your passports and, if you are divorced, the exact date when your last marriage ended. An appointment is not necessary for this office visit and the wait time is usually less than 15 minutes.

Once your marriage license is issued, you can get married at any Miami beach of your choice.

On your wedding day, your officiant will meet you and perform your civil wedding ceremony directly on one of Miami’s white sandy beaches with the Florida’s turquoise waters as a backdrop. The ceremony can be conducted in English or German, as per your choice.

Your wedding package includes a bridal bouquet made of roses and a bottle of champagne for a toast after saying “I do”. The whole event takes around 30 minutes. You will receive the marriage certificate in your hotel within one business day of your wedding.

With your marriage certificate you will be able to register your marriage in the UK. Other countries (eg Germany, Austria) may require a so-called Apostille to register the marriage in your home country. The Apostille can be arranged at additional cost.

The wedding package ends at the beach where your ceremony is held unless you have asked for round-trip transportation at extra cost.

Please call the activity operator at least 72 hours prior to your ceremony to schedule the location and time of your ceremony.
