Itinerary

You will be picked up from your hotel and taken in an air-conditioned coach for a sightseeing tour of Hangzhou. An English-speaking guide will accompany you on this tour. The drive from Shanghai to Hangzhou takes approximately 2 hours.

Arrive in Hangzhou and set out to explore this scenic city.

The highlights of your tour are:

Six Harmonies Pagoda: Your first stop is the Six Harmonies Pagoda. Here you will see one of the most striking structures in the city. You will get to visit the charming museum and snap some photos in front of this architectural marvel that was built during the Song Dynasty.

Meijiawu Tea Village: The next stop will be a visit to Meijiawu Tea Village, for a traditional tea ceremony. See the significance of tea in the Chinese culture.

Stop for lunch in one of the many charming local restaurants that dot this town and savor authentic Chinese fare.

Cruise on West Lake: After lunch, the beautiful view of West Lake will greet you. Enjoy a cruise across West Lake to experience peace and serenity like no place else in the Shanghai area. The unforgettable scenery includes Three Pools Mirroring the Moon, Bai and Su Causeways, Solitary Hill, and Leifeng Pagoda. The boat ride ends by viewing fish at Flower Harbor. You will have the chance to walk along on Su Causeway, and feed the fish in the Red Fish Pond to prey for the good luck.

At the end of the tour, you will be dropped back at your hotel in Shanghai.
