Snorkel or scuba dive in the aquamarine waters and explore the colourful coral formation. Koh Nang Yuan is the ideal place for snorkelling with its underwater cliffs, caves, and coral gardens. Its crystal clear waters ensure good visibility much to the delight of photographers and marine naturalists. The best coral reef formation can be found at the deepest spot – at Kohng Hin Nang Yuan. The deepwater coral reef formations and marine life are visible even a short distance from the shore. These two islands are amongst the most popular sailing and diving spots in Thailand.
This tour is available in two options – coach and private. The private option offers you greater flexibility- you can spend as much time at any of the places you visit, as per your preference.
Spend a full day at two of Thailand’s top idyllic islands, the Koh Tao and Koh Nang Yuan in Samui.
Pick up from your hotel in Samui/the airport and transfer to the Bangrak pier.
You will receive your snorkeling gear here. Departure from Bangrak pier to Koh Tao in a speedboat. On board you will be briefed about the complete programme.
Arrive Koh Tao. The first stop will be at Mango Bay, one of the most spectacular beaches of Koh Tao Island. Then you can enjoy snorkeling in this amazing bay full of friendly, colourful fishes and soft and hard corals for an hour and a half. Mango Bay is famous for spotting turtles and crystal clear water year round.
Proceed to Koh Nang Yuan for snorkelling among the extensive span of corals and hundreds of fishes all around. You will have ample time to visit other famous snorkelling locations, all within a 5-minutes walk, such as the 'Japanese Gardens', 'Twins' and the Koh Nangyuan Pinnacle. If you feel adventurous, there is the opportunity to explore the islands as well. Some people take this time to climb the hills; it is a short but steep climb to the viewpoint where you can enjoy the spectacular views over the beautiful blue bay and nearby Koh Tao Or you can take this time to relax and sun bathe on the island's perfect sandy beaches or just enjoy the crystal clear water of the tranquil bay.
Leave Nang Yuan Island for return trip to Samui by speedboat. Soft drinks on board.
Arrive at the Bangrak pier in Samui and get transferred back to your hotel/ the airport at around 1630h (4:30pm).
