Get to where you’re going without trying to figure out Rio’s confusing public transit by taking advantage of a Private Transfer between Rio de Janeiro Int’l Airport, Hotel, and Port!
With your Private Transfer between Rio de Janeiro Int’l Airport, Hotel, and Port, you can just sit back and relax as you’re shuttled to and from your Rio hotel. Choose between a clean, comfortable sedan for small groups and a large, spacious van for big groups. If you want to travel in comfort and style, then a private transfer is what to do in Rio!
During your Rio sightseeing trip, you can select either a one-way or round-trip transfer. Then, enjoy a welcoming Meet & Greet before being shown to your vehicle. All guides speak English and are more than happy to provide recommendations and tips for your Rio de Janeiro tour. You can go between the airport, cruise port, and your hotel without having to worry about getting ripped off by Rio’s unscrupulous taxi drivers. And, that’s why a private transfer is one of the smartest things to do in Rio de Janeiro.
The confirmation voucher includes the local activity operator’s contact details. They’re a nice bunch and will happily answer any logistical questions you may have. Please give them a call at least 24 hours before your organized activity to reconfirm.
No need to print! If you are travelling with a smartphone or a tablet, you can present the voucher on your device for this activity.
So there’s no last-minute rush, please arrive at the start point 30 minutes before departure time.
At time of booking, you must include the following details: Airline, flight number, departing city/arrival city, arrival time, hotel name, hotel address, and return hotel pick-up time.
The Sedan carries 1 to 3 passengers. We only provide English-speaking drivers in the Sedan. The van is suitable for 4 to 8 passengers; and, an English-speaking guide will be provided, too.
If you arrive at the Rio Port, please go to the Cruise Terminal Pier Mauá. Your guide will be waiting for you at the exit gate of the Cruise Terminal 4 (right in front of the Kobra Mural). He/she will greet you with a sign featuring the Gray Line Logo and will walk with you to the vehicle.
