This eco adventure is a new one in Thailand and often referred to as Thailand’ best kept secret. Go on an action packed ride along mountain rivers fringed with forest. Prepare to get drenched to the skin as you raft down the Phang Nga River.

See nature from a ‘higher’ perspective! After the thrills on the river, explore the innards of the tropical rainforest by elephant trekking- essentially a ride on elephant back through the jungle. This excursion is offered all year round, but June to November is the best time.

Dodge the rapids and ride an elephant – Phang Nga has much to offer adventure enthusiasts!

Itinerary

  • You will be picked up from your hotel in a coach from Phuket/ the airport and taken to the Phang Nga town, north of Phuket for a day of adventure and fun.

    The tour itinerary is as follows:

    Arrive at the Tone Pariwat Wildlife Sanctuary Station: This is where you will begin your white water rafting adventure. Climb aboard the inflatable dinghy and start a whitewater rafting adventure on the Phang Nga River for the wildest and wettest ride. The mountain streams provide all of ingredients of an adventurous river trip. This action-packed run splashes through raft-jolting waves that will leave you wet and breathless.

    Elephant Trekking: Begin elephant trekking through the tropical rainforest, explore nature, the abundant vegetation of bamboo, tree, rattan overhangs, lianas, swaying palms and tropical flora.

    At the end of the day’s adventure, you will be transferred back to your hotel in Phuket/the airport.
