The Margaret River Wine Tour Exclusive is a personalized wine touring experience that everyone appreciates. At the start of the day you will be picked up in a luxury 4WD vehicle from the Margaret River Visitor Centre (located at 100 Bussel Highway, Margaret River).
You will be accompanied by an expert guide who knows all about the wine industry, local ecology, geology and history. This is a small group tour with no more than six people, which makes for a much more intimate experience.
The picturesque Margaret River region is renowned for its stunning beaches, majestic forests, and spectacular caves, and for its wonderful food and wine.
Your tour takes you to a some of Margaret River’s best wineries including a small emerging superstar and an esteemed estate, where you can taste some superb quality wines. All the establishments you visit are five-star rated by notable wine author James Halliday.
At Cape Mentelle you will enjoy a unique behind-the-scenes vineyard experience. This includes a very special food and wine pairing lunch (degustation style). The meal will include a varying combination of foods such as trout, cheese, beef, olives and breads.
Your day also includes an exciting 4WD adventure in which you’ll discover stunning locations you would not be able to find without local knowledge. You will see tall karri forests and a rich diversity of wildflowers (seasonal) and birds.
The day ends on the Cape to Cape walking track where you will experience the spectacularly rugged Wilyabrup cliffs, and view the occasional passing whale and pounding surf below.
At the end of the tour you will be dropped back at the starting point.
