Overview

Enjoy a guided tour of the iconic Amber Fort in Jaipur whose palatial grounds were once frequented by royalty from all over the world. The original palace was built by Raja Man Singh and additions were made later by Sawai Jai Singh and the Fort is also one of the finest examples of Rajput architecture. Once the ancient capital of Jaipur, Amber Fort now sees tourist footfall by the thousands!


Make your way to the fort with your expert guide on a Jeep ride and behold the sand colored fortifications that continue to amaze even today. As you walk through the fort, learn all about the rich history of the Fort from your expert English speaking guide.


Within the palace are the Diwan-e-Aam or the "Hall of Public Audience", the Diwan-e-Khas or the "Hall of Private Audience" and the Sukh Niwas, the private chambers of the queens with windows having latticed screens so that the ladies could watch the proceedings of the royal court in privacy.
