Overview

Vietnam has a rich cuisine art and the tastes extremely vary from North to South so test your palate on this tour to learn more about Southern cuisine with many typical dishes. Depending on your arrangement, you will be picked up from your hotel as you make your way comfortably to the cooking class.


Before you roll up your sleeves and don the apron, it is time to venture into the nearest local market with your cook-instructor or an assistant, and shop for some fresh ingredients! You will have opportunity to experience shopping as a local to buy and bargain with smiling sellers. Learn all about the different spices, produce and ingredients you may need for your class to cook up a storm. 


Head back to the restaurant to prep the freshly bought materials and enjoy an informative step-by-step lesson into cooking an authentic Vietnamese dish. Soon it will be time to taste the fruits of your labour so sit back and enjoy a lunch including some dishes created during the class.
