A renowned ancient cultural site, the temple was built in the year 537, the temple is home to three large Buddhist statues in Guangdong Province. The final attraction on the tour is the Shamian Island. Head to the north bank of the Pearl River’s White Goose Pool, where this oval islet was once a popular enclave for traders who built mansions and Western style churches.
