Overview

Get set to enter the wizarding world of Harry Potter, escape the city and journey into the Scottish countryside. You are leaving Edinburgh behind for the day and heading for the Highlands. From stunning scenery to marvels of engineering and construction. This Scottish Highlands and Jacobite Steam train tour is an adventured filled day out.

Any Harry Potter loving fan will enjoy the chance to take in some of the iconic settings that helped to shape the stories and films. You’ll depart north across the magnificent Forth Bridges, heading towards the Highlands. Make sure to look out for the Glenfinnan Viaduct, because you’ll soon be crossing it by steam train. That’ll be the Jacobite Steam Train, used for the Hogwarts Express.

Settle back as you take in the countryside, including the dramatic landscape of Glencoe. And the fun doesn’t end there! You’ve still got the wild vastness of Rannoch Moor to take in before heading home.

This is a tour to savour the Scottish scenery, its history and exactly why it’s portrayed in films. It’s a once in a lifetime look at some of the most dramatic and beautiful landscapes of Scotland. One not to be missed.
