Voucher information: You can show your voucher on your smartphone (But if you’d rather print a copy – that’s fine too!)

Children policy:
One child travel for free with every paying adult (Classic, Premium tickets only). This means you only need to add a child ticket(s) to your cart if more than one child is hopping on the tour per adult. You will get your Free Child ticket when you present your Classic or Premium adult ticket to the Big Bus tour staff at your preferred boarding point.
We have introduced a number of new health & safety measures to reduce the risk associated with the spread of Covid-19 in line with government advice and requirements of the local health authorities. These include regular cleaning of buses and social distancing measures.
To uphold these new safety and hygiene standards in keeping you safe during the Covid-19 Pandemic, we may have to operate a reduced service and make changes to ticket inclusions. This may also include changes to frequency of departures, routes and reduction or removal of stops.
Timings and stops are subject to change. Updated route maps will be available on the bus.
REDEMPTION INSTRUCTION: Redeem printed or E- vouchers from the bus driver or a member of staff at any of the stops (please refer to the map). Recommended stops are: Stop 1 – 13 Upper O’Connell street, Stop 6 – St Stephen’s Green, Stop 7 – College Green, Stop 13 – Guinness and Stop 24 – BIG BUS SHOP Bachelor’s Walk. Customers with a Paper voucher should go to Stop 1 and 24 to redeem their vouchers.
