Depart from your hotel in a comfortable vehicle with an expert English speaking guide and head to the lush Eling Park - originally named Goose Nape Hill for its narrow shape resembling the nape of a goose’s neck! As you reach the park, behold a grand view of both Yangtze and Jialing Rivers. The park was built in 1909 as the first private garden in the city. Admire the impressive entrance to the temple decorated with hundreds of terra-cotta sculptures. Walk around the temple with your expert heritage guide and learn all about the region’s culture.
For the last leg of the tour, visit the Chongqing Zoo to see adorable Chinese pandas and watch them from a close distance! Walk through the zoo and witness the natural habitat replica.
