Overview

Set out on a boat cruise to the Mahmya Island during your tour of Safaga. This unique island has been maintained under strict conservation guidelines to keep urbanisation at bay. It offers the perfect getaway for those who dream of a deserted island. On the boat, enjoy the refreshing Red Sea breeze and if you are lucky, you might even chance upon a dolphin or even a school of them. Simply relax, go swimming, or snorkelling in one of the most beautiful coral reefs in the Red sea.

Itinerary

In the morning, you will be picked up in an air-conditioned vehicle from your hotel in Safaga. Accompanied by an English-speaking guide, you will be taken to the marina at Sheraton hotel. Board a motorboat for a 45-minute cruise on the Red Sea to the Mahmya Island. You will dock on the island for about 1.5 hours. The Mahmya Island in the Red Sea is the perfect location for a deserted island. You can snorkel (for about 1 hour), swim or simply relax on the deck and soak up the sun. Lunch will be served to you on the island.

After spending a relaxing time on the island, return back to the marina. You will be dropped back to your hotel in Safaga.
