Discover the wonderful township of Nizwa the ancient capital as you drive through Hajar Mountains via Fanja and Sumail. On this comprehensive day tour to this town, your first stop will be at Nizwa Fort, one of the most fascinating forts included in Muscat tours.
The historic fort dates back to the year 1660 and its quaint architecture is worth studying with your expert guide. Continue to explore the traditional Souq nearby before stopping to enjoy a delicious traditional meal. After lunch you get to travel to the village of Bahla with its Famous tradition of pottery, magic and weaving.
Continuing on to Jebrin Castle, you discover that it dates back to the year 1670! Jebrin Castle was a learning center for the study of Islamic Law, History, Arabic, Medicine and Astrology. The tour is very inspiring and highly recommended during a visit to Oman.
