  • Overview

A trail through visual treats, spiritual edifices, natural wonders and a coconut farm, this tour of Koh Samui is the perfect way to soak up the island’s exquisite beauty.
With a chance to savour the unspoilt charms of Koh Samui, our first stop is the Lad Koh Viewpoint from where you can feast your eyes on spectacular views of the island and its eastern coast, doused with glistening, turquoise waters and coral white sand. Next up is another natural wonder - the Hin Ta Hin Yai, a cluster of multi-level natural rock formations also known as Grandmother Grandfather Rocks. Bizarre yet quite incredible to look at, they also double up as an amazing vantage point for a brilliant panorama of Koh Samui and its surrounding islands.

Moving on, we will visit a coconut farm where you can see monkeys picking them, one of the most recognisable sights on the island. You can also observe locals making coconut milk with their own hands and refresh yourself with some deliciously fresh, young coconuts. A unique tryst with spirituality is line up next at Wat Khunaram near Lamai Beach, a beautiful quaint temple that is home to the mummified body of monk, Loung Pordaeng, sitting upright in a lotus position. It’s a sight that truly is hard to find anywhere else! The ravishing dual cascading streams of Na Muang Waterfalls is where we will head to after this. Also known as the Purple Waterfalls, thanks to the purplish rocks they flow over, it’s a great place to even indulge in swim at the cool pool of water at the bottom of the falls. We will then visit Nathon, the main town in Samui, where you can enjoy a glimpse of the daily lives of the residents and pamper yourself with a bit of retail therapy at the main market. Set your inner bargaining expert free and make sure you lay your hands on some endearing souvenirs to get back home!

Our final stop for the day is Wat Phra Yai where you can see the Big Buddha, a gargantuan almost 40 feet high statue of Lord Buddha that is synonymous with Koh Samui’s north-eastern coast. Inspiring a natural sense of reverence as well as offering ridiculously gorgeous views of the island’s natural landscape, it’s one of the must-do items on everyone’s itinerary and perfect way to seal the deal on a memorable tour!
