Visit Lake Balaton, Central Europe’s largest freshwater lake and Hungary’s prime summer playground boasting breathtaking scenery and milky green waters perfect for swimming.

Explore Balatonfüred, the oldest spa resort in Hungary on the north shore of Lake Balaton. Enjoy sightseeing on a nostalgia train.

Enjoy a 1-hour cruise on Lake Balaton, stroll along the scenic promenade and have something to eat (not included in the price). Drive to Tihany Peninsula, declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO. Thanks to the unique features of the region, its geological idiosyncrasies and its diverse flora and fauna, it was the first designated landscape protection area of the country. There will be a brief photo stop where you can capture some great snaps of Balaton and visit the Abbey of Tihany, founded in 1055 by the Hungarian King, András.
