Explore Chiang Mai, Sri Lanna National Park and Buatong Waterfall by bike and kayak as you traverse over 20kms on this adventure tour. Start with a serene tranquil bicycle on off beaten path, cycle through a teak forest, paddy fields, fruit orchards and more. Later, swap your bicycle for a kayak and head to the Buffalo Island where you can paddle on the calm waterways for 45 minutes. Enjoy an adventurous day suitable for all riders and great for families.
Meet your guide at your hotel and take an hour’s drive from Chiang Mai to kick start an exciting day in the incredible Sri Lanna National Park.
Head first to the Buatong Waterfall and enjoy a serene and tranquil bicycle ride on quiet country roads. Cycle through a teak forest, paddy fields, fruit orchards and enjoy stunning backdrops of lush mountains.
Once you approach Sri Lanna National Park, cycle across the impressive dam of the reservoir. Cycle along the endless number of streams that feed the 20-km-long Mae Ngad reservoir which in turn feeds the Mae Ping River. Thereafter, swap your helmets for life jackets as you prepare for a longtail boat ride that whisks you across the lake to a floating restaurant for a lunch of Thai specialties.
Tuck into some authentic treats and then prepare to launch your kayaks for the next phase of the adventurous tour. Paddle around the serene waterways of Buffalo Island for about 45 minutes and find out first hand why the place is called so! You may also kayak back to the restaurant to have a swim and enjoy the afternoon.
The day of adventure comes to a close as you journey back to your hotel.
