You can also catch sight of the stately Zappion Conference Centre in the National Gardens of Greece, the towering Arch of Hadrian, the stunning ruins of Olympieion, the pristine Tomb of the Unknowns. Your visual treat continues with the pretty Numismatic Museum, the Catholic Cathedral, and spectacular statues of Athena and Apollo guarding the Athenian Trilogy of National Library, University of Athens and Academy.

Arriving at the epochal remains of the great Acropolis, you can explore the UNESCO World Heritage Site and soak in the breath taking presence of this legendary citadel - the symbol of the dawn of civilisation.
