Full wheelchair access. Access for all fleets. Dedicated area big enough to accommodate 2 wheelchairs. This area can be used for people to store their prams, suitcases, wheelchairs etc. In the very rare event that more than 2 passengers with wheelchairs want to board the same bus at the same time and that the bus is completely full, both upstairs and downstairs with nowhere to place the suitcases, then clients will need to wait for the next bus in approx. 20 minutes. Passengers do not need to walk up steps to reach bus. Wheelchairs can be collapsed and stored.
