Book your transfer between Barcelona International Airport and Barcelona city center hotels here. This transfer service operates 7 days a week, 365 days a year. This service must be pre-booked at least 48 hours prior to arrival. In case you wish to book the transfer within 48 hours of your travel date don’t worry just call our customer service and they will be happy to assist you with the booking.

Note : When making a booking, you will need to advise your flight details and your hotel details. We will not be able to confirm the transfer without the flight and hotel information.

Instructions upon Arrival at the Airport:
After collecting your luggage, please exit into the arrivals hall where you will be met by a representative holding a sign with your name and/or local isango! partner. Please identify yourself by showing your transfer voucher.

Instructions for Departure to the Airport:
When ready to depart Barcelona, please wait in the hotel/location reception (not on the street) until the driver arrives with a sign of your name and/or local isango! partner. You will be picked up and taken in a private air-conditioned luxury vehicle to the Barcelona Airport to catch your flight.

Important Information
It is mandatory to provide flight number,arrival time,hotel address and your mobile number at least 72 hours before departure. You can do so by calling at the phone no. of local isango! partner mentioned on your booking voucher and quote your name and booking reference.
Failure to do so will result in a no-show with no refund.
Return transfer pick-up time should be re-confirmed 72 Hours before the booked date by contacting the local isango! partner at the destination (Please note that it is COMPULSORY and EXTREMELY important). If you are departing on a Sunday or Monday you will need to confirm your transfer by the Friday.
