Book your transfer between Vienna International Airport and Vienna city center hotels here. This transfer service operates 7 days a week, 365 days a year. This service must be pre-booked at least 48 hours prior to arrival. In case you wish to book the transfer within 48 hours of your travel date don’t worry just call our customer service and they will be happy to assist you with the booking.

Please note that it is not possible to request pick up at a private residence.

Note : When making a booking, you will need to advise your flight details and your hotel details. We will not be able to confirm the transfer without the flight and hotel information.

Instructions upon Arrival at the Airport : Once you have collected your luggage, proceed to the airport information desk next to the arrivals exit (on the left side). Here you will see a representative with a sign board displaying a2btransfers/ Rosenov or your name. Present your voucher to the representative to avail the transfer.

Instructions for departure to the Airport : Please call local isango! partner at least 48 hours prior to the travel date to reconfirm the pickup time from your hotel to the airport, so that you don’t spend extra time waiting for the driver at the hotel .

1 big piece of luggage and one handbag. For any additional luggage there will be extra charges directly payable to the local activity operator at the destination.
Baby seats are not available.

Important infomation:
It is mandatory to provide pick up information (flight number and/or hotel address) and your mobile number at least 72 working hours before departure. If you are departing on a Sunday or Monday you will need to confirm your transfer by the Friday. You can do so by calling at the phone no. of activity operator mentioned on your booking voucher and quote your name and booking reference.
Failure to do so will result in a no-show with no refund.
Return transfer pick-up time should be re-confirmed between 72 working Hours before departure by contacting the Activity operator at the destination (Please note that it is COMPULSORY and EXTREMELY important). If you are departing on a Sunday or Monday you will need to confirm your transfer by the Friday.
